St. Mary Roman Catholic Church invites the community to its annual Ice Cream Social on the lawn of the historic fieldstone church in beautiful downtown Manchester on Thursday, July 22, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The church is located at 210 West Main Street, across from the Gazebo.

Besides the traditional ice cream and cake, there will be pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, kielbasa and savory sauerkraut, German potato salad, hot dogs, mac and cheese (can’t forget the kiddies!) and more. Carry outs will be available.

There will also be a Country Store where you can purchase fresh vegetables, baked goods, jams and jellies, homemade crafts, and more. Music will be provided by Riverfolk’s Cultural Art Strings faculty, students and alumni.

St. Mary’s first ice cream social was held in 1892. Come and celebrate 129 years of great food and family fun. Cash and checks only, please.
